    Everyone talks about such malls with studio apartments being run by hotel chains. Can you tell me the name of any one such project in which a successful hotel tie up is functional as of today?

      That’s a great question. So far, the Noida market hasn’t seen any development that can truly be considered successful in this context. Additionally, there hasn’t been any significant project executed by a major player. However, Bhutani City Center 32 shows potential as a good business model, where both studio apartments and retail segments could coexist and perform effectively. As for the Gurugram market, we’ll need to study it further, as we don’t have much insight into it at the moment.

      that said...noida has a big dearth of good hotel in prime location. I live in Sector 72 and it is hard to find a decent hotel nearby. So this could be a very good option.

    m3m is doing scams with customers, I have seen many videos. Please only promote legit developers.

While their post-sales services might need big improvement, the company does appear legitimate, with a solid track record of delivering numerous projects, most of them on time.
